Do you export worldwide?
Yes, we export our premium frozen meat and poultry products globally, reaching customers in multiple continents.
How is insurance handled for the shipment?
We provide insurance coverage for every shipment. The insurance shall not be more than 110% of the total value of the order.
Which shipping company do you use?
We use multiple shipping companies but mainly MAERSK, MSC or CGA CGM. Depending on shipping schedules, we could use other shipping companies.
How do you handle shipping delays?
We do ship timely, unless otherwise. In the event of a major delay (more than 21 days) a mutual compensation shall be agreed upon with the buyer.

What is our view on the humane treatment of animals?
We strongly supports the humane treatment of animals. Our company maintains a strict animal welfare program that utilizes guidelines established by the National Chicken Council. The goal of our program is to avoid unnecessary suffering, prevent destructive behavior, provide proper nutrition and implement health programs through grow out and processing. These guidelines ensure that birds raised are taken care of with the highest standards starting at hatch. Humane treatment is practiced during the processing of the bird as well.

What payment terms do you offer?
We accept bank transfers (TT), Letters of Credit (L/C), and other secure payment methods based on customer agreements and order volume.
What are your shipping times?
Shipping times depend on the destination and transportation method. Typically, sea freight takes 10-15 days, air freight takes 5-10 days. We provide estimated timelines upon order confirmation.
Can I get customized packaging?

Do you offer product samples?
Yes, we can provide samples for quality verification. Sample costs and shipping fees apply but may be refunded with bulk orders.
