2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications of our frozen meat and poultry products. However, slight variations may occur due to natural factors and packaging.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers (TT), Letters of Credit (L/C), and other secure payment methods as agreed.
• Payments must be completed as per agreed terms before shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping timelines depend on destination and mode of transport. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
• We use temperature-controlled shipping to maintain product freshness.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods leave our warehouse.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ typically starts at one container (approximately 27 metric tons), though smaller quantities may be available upon request and agreement.

6. Product Quality and Certification

All our products meet strict quality and safety standards, and are certified as per international regulations including Halal certification where applicable.

7. Custom Packaging and Samples

• Customized packaging is available to meet customer requirements.
• Samples can be provided for quality inspection, with associated costs and shipping fees applicable. Sample costs may be refunded upon bulk orders.

8. Liability

Brameatex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Brasília, Brazil.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
